Grand Opening for All Aboard Storage – Granada Depot!

Our newest All Aboard Storage location has officially opened its doors in Ormond Beach, FL! We threw a party that included a ribbon cutting with the Ormond Chamber, live music, food, and made memories with friends new and old.

We had a crowd of people show up that included vendors, employees, friends and family who toured the storage facility and the nearby All Aboard Offices. The Granada location has climate-controlled self storage units as well as office space in the neighboring All Aboard Offices building.

All Aboard for Our 2016 Company Cruise!

On January 22-25, All Aboard Properties President & CEO Andy Clark took his employees on their fourth annual 3-day cruise to the Bahamas on Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas to celebrate attaining their 2015 financial goals. This cruise is our way to encourage teamwork, camaraderie, and as a reward for meeting goals. Group activities on the ship included a scavenger hunt as well as a rock wall climbing challenge. Every employee and a guest is invited and a private bus is rented to shuttle the group to and from our office building to the cruise terminal if our annual revenue goals are reached. 2015 was the 4th year in a row we attained our financial goal and it was our 4th cruise to celebrate this milestone.

We had a total of 26 of our 38 full-time employees go on the cruise this year. Three employees paid for additional family to attend beyond the one guest paid for by the company. Employees who did not attend stayed behind to work so that some of our 14 self-storage property offices could be open for our customers.

Here’s some of the group at the Clark Office Building just before departure. What a lively bunch!

Our group also met up at Senor Frogs in Nassau, Bahamas for some socializing. The waves were intense that night and crashing over the edge of the platform and onto the sidewalks. The night was beautiful with an amazing view of the ships in the dock:

All in all it was a great time with great friends – one more reason that All Aboard Properties & All Aboard Storage are great places to work!

Opening soon is our newest local storage facility in Daytona Beach – Sunshine Depot!

It’s been several years since we’ve opened the doors on a brand-new site location and this one will impress. We’re updating the office with the fresh new look that we’ve been implementing in our other locations like Port Orange and Westport.

Over the years, All Aboard Properties has been putting a lot of money toward renovating the Sunshine Park Mall and our new All Aboard Storage location puts a cherry on top.

Our newest facility will boast two full floors of storage! It will also be outfitted with six monitors displaying company happenings & history, security in the area, current rates, and we will also be piping in popular music from Pandora for your listening pleasure.

Here’s a sneak peek of our newest, most updated storage facility opening in the Sunshine Park Mall in South Daytona. It’s still quite dusty and under construction, but you can see how it’s shaping up and should get a good idea of what the final result will be.

The second floor has a large amount of square footage for everything that you hold valuable.

From a view of the 2nd floor, you can see down into what will be the main lobby and front desk area.

Port Orange Family Days 2015 & Feeding Children Everywhere

All Aboard Storage recently participated in Port Orange Family Days 2015!

Port Orange Family Days is a family-centric event that started in 1995 with an attendance of 15,000 people that has grown now to over 60,000. The all-volunteer group organizes sponsors to put on the event with tents, food trucks, rides, and all kinds of entertainment over a number long weekend in October.

Feeding Children Everywhere – Hunger Project

One of the wonderful events that took place at Family Days was called the Feeding Children Everywhere Campaign, which All Aboard Storage employees attended.

Our All Aboard Angels came together and assembled healthy meals for children around the world that we got to personally pack up and assemble, which will then be delivered to children who need a good meal.

There’s not a greater feeling of love and hope than putting food in the bellies of children who are in need.

Arthaus 16th Annual Street Painting Festival

Another fun event that we got to be involved with was a festival where street painters came together to create beautiful works of art on the sidewalk. They used their creative talents to compete for the winner’s title.

Our Rachel Widdison won “Best of Show Runner Up!” Here’s Rachel in action below with her creative portrait:

Tortugas Baseball Game 2015 – Company Event

This past Saturday, All Aboard Properties held our company event welcoming all employees to the Daytona Tortugas baseball game and what an event it was!

The picnic area was packed with managers from All Aboard Storage, maintenance crews, All Aboard Properties personnel, as well as family members of all ages. These events are great for bringing the entire company together for a little food, fun, and memories.

Some people like CEO Andy Clark donned their All Aboard Angels shirt, which is the charity wing of our company, and all employees had smiles as the Tortugas swept the field bringing in a win for our area.

The day lead into beautiful night and capped off with an impressive fireworks display that lasted much longer than most people were expecting, but imprinted lasting memories for a good time to come.

We are proud of our culture here at All Aboard Properties and strive to keep our employees connected with each other. Until the next event!
