Buyer found for old S.R. Perrott site: Ex-beverage distribution center on Granada could become All Aboard Storage center

Vacant warehouse on Granada could become All Aboard Storage

The owner of a Port Orange-based chain of self-service storage centers has agreed to purchase the former S.R. Perrott beverage distribution center property off Granada Boulevard.

The purchase, which is pending city approval of a request to rezone the property, is for two adjoining parcels totaling 3.4 acres on the north side of West Granada Boulevard, on the west side of North Perrott Drive, just east of the railroad tracks.

The property includes a 40,000-square-foot warehouse that was vacated by S.R. Perrott last year after its operations were moved into a new 90,000-square-foot complex along U.S. 1, as well as an attached two-story 6,000-square-foot office building that fronts Granada and that continues to serve as headquarters for the beverage distribution company.
