Port Orange, FL – All Aboard Storage, long time self-storage company in the Daytona Beach area and owned by All Aboard Properties in Port Orange, has unveiled plans for future expansion in an unlikely place – the moon.
CEO, Andy Clark, whose past development projects have included a revitalization of the Sunshine Park Mall, revamping of the Port Orange Flea & Farmer’s Market, two retirement communities, and rebranding of all 13 All Aboard Storage locations commented on the future expansion plans.
“We have always considered All Aboard Storage as a leader in the community and being so close to the Space Coast, we feel it only inevitable that we should be the first company to offer self-storage units to the brave pioneers on the lunar surface.”
With the coming boom in space travel and completion of 20 lunar communities, it might not be as surprising as you might think.
CFO of All Aboard Properties, Michael Polito, commented on the future project, “We’ve run the numbers and it just makes sense. The population growth on the lunar surface supports our plans for expansion and we are very excited about the prospects of this exciting new market.”
There has been speculation in the community as to the identity of the mystery buyer behind the recent acquisition of a newly renovated Saturn V rocket, which is the only launch vehicle powerful enough to reach the moon. If speculation turns out to be correct, this could provide All Aboard Storage customers a first-in-line, non-stop shuttle to the moon, bypassing the long wait offered by Virgin Galactic & SpaceX.
Time will tell if the rocket sports the green, white, and blue All Aboard Storage logo.
All Aboard Properties recently grabbed headlines with their yearly company cruise for all employees. There is no word yet on whether this will alter future company outings, but when questioned about the possibility, Clark gave a smile and said “Exciting things are on the horizon for our company.”
